| Starting Salary | achelor:230,000 yen ~ 270,000 yen per
month Master:250,000 yen ~ 290,000 yen
per month Doctor:450,000 yen per month (if your specialized research topic can contribute to business immediately) 230,000 yen per month during the training period |
| Allowance | Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, diligence allowance, and other allowances |
| Salary Increase | Once a year (May) |
| Bonus/th> | Twice a year (July and December) |
| Holiday Vacation | Holidays (120 days or more per year):
2-day weekends
(Saturday and Sunday), national
