Job Description

Job Title Engineers (programmers, system engineers, consultants)
Department of Application All academic departments and disciplines
Requirements Those who are expected to graduate (complete) from a university or graduate school in March 2025.
Or those who have already graduated and wish to be employed under the same framework as new graduates.
Starting Salary achelor:230,000 yen ~ 270,000 yen per month Master:250,000 yen ~ 290,000 yen per month
Doctor:450,000 yen per month (if your specialized research topic can contribute to business immediately)
220,000 yen per month during the training period
Allowance Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, diligence allowance, and other allowances
Salary Increase Once a year (May)
Bonus/th> Twice a year (July and December)
Holiday Vacation Holidays (120 days or more per year): 2-day weekends (Saturday and Sunday), national holidays,
year-end and New Year holidays (December 30 ~ January 3), anniversary of foundation (May 18)
Vacation: Paid vacation (10 days in the first year), congratulation or condolence leave, sick leave, various special leaves,
childcare leave, nursing care leave, etc.
Welfare Program Childcare/nursing care leave system, qualification acquisition incentive system,
employee award system (long years of service, newcomer awards, etc.),
welfare services Benefit Station, health insurance recreation facilities, etc.
Work Location Head office (Ginza), branch office (Nagoya), others depending on the project
*Many are currently teleworking from home.
Office Hours 9:00 ~ 18:00 (Break 12:00-13:00) (standard working hours: 8 hours)
