Previously, credit card applications, screenings, card issuance, and account transfer procedures relied heavily on paper-based and handwritten processes. Although some parts were systemized, the overall process was time-consuming and complex. By implementing Pegasystems, we enabled applications via various devices, including smartphones, and streamlined subsequent processes, which significantly reduced the time required to issue a card.

To expand web-based sales channels, we built a system that enables installment applications from various sales channels (external sites). Utilizing Pegasystems, applications can be submitted on multiple devices, including smartphones, and are seamlessly linked to the management function (case management).
