This is my work
I am developing a system for tablet terminals used by sales staff. As a leader, I am allowed to do everything from management to development, so it is a very rewarding job. One of the joys of my job is that I get to hear the real voices of our customers as I work closely with them.
That's why I love this job! Episodes related to what made me happiest
However, we overcame the difficulties together with our colleagues and were very happy to receive words of appreciation from the client when the system was up and running. The hard work we put in was worth the great emotion.
Why I chose this company I like it here
I was attracted by the high level of Java engineers at the company. I was attracted by the many opportunities to learn from these senior engineers and the open corporate culture.

Job hunting advice from seniors!!
I want you to choose a company where you can do what you really want to do. If you love what you do, you will not have a hard time learning to develop your abilities, and you will naturally gain strength. I myself am a liberal arts major who was interested in computers but had little experience.
