Q. How long is the recruitment period? Do you recruit year-round?
We recruit for career positions throughout the year,
but we may end recruitment at any time when all
available positions are filled.
Please note that open positions and job availability
are constantly changing.
Q. Are there any restrictions on academic background, age, nationality, etc. when applying?
There are no restrictions on academic background, age, nationality, etc.
Q. Can I apply for more than one position?
You may apply for more than one position.
Q. What is the selection process from application to joining the company?
Application → document screening → web-based aptitude test and interview (several times if necessary) → offer of employment → joining the company.
Q. What are the interview times?
Interviews will be arranged on our business days based on the candidate's availability.
Q. Is it possible to return the submitted data?
Application data and documents submitted during the selection process will not be returned. Personal information received will be used only for our recruitment activities and will be strictly managed.
Q. Can I adjust my start date?
Possible. We will ask you about your wishes at the interview stage, but after you have passed the selection process, we will ask you again to confirm your situation, and after consulting with the department to which you will be assigned, we will arrange a date for you to join the company.
Q. How much language proficiency is required?
Language skills will be an important factor as we expand our global business in the future, but are not a prerequisite at the time of joining the company. (However, it is not a prerequisite at the time of joining the company.) We believe that job opportunities will expand in accordance with language skills, so we also provide training opportunities after joining the company.
Q. What is your education and training program for career employees?
We have established education and training programs tailored to your
career, including training by job title and age group, and study
sessions for technical certification exams.
Starting with technical training such as vendor certification and
PMP, young and mid-career employees as well as managers can aim to
improve their skills with training programs tailored to their step
and job type.
