This is my work

Quality improvement of systems for a major bank

Until now, I have mainly been involved in the development of communication systems and web applications. Recently, I became involved in financial operations, and although I struggled with the many terms I did not know, I found it interesting to increase my knowledge as I worked while researching. I think it was a good experience for me to learn completely different business knowledge and technologies while belonging to the same company.

That's why I love this job! Episodes related to what made me happiest

The functions I programmed work properly!

In large-scale system development, programming can only be done in the image of the system, because it cannot run immediately after it is programmed. When we finally get it to work, there are frequently many bugs that prevent it from working. In this situation, the function I was in charge of in the second year had almost no bugs. The testing also went smoothly. It was a happy experience for me because I could feel my growth since the previous function I was in charge of had some bugs.

Why I chose this company I like it here

A company that looks out for each and every one of us

In my job search, I was more interested in learning about technology than in the company culture, but I was impressed by the fact that at this company, the person in charge asked each person at the information session why they wanted to work there, and also spoke to them individually when they left. This was a deciding factor in my decision, as I felt that this is a company that pays close attention to each and every one of its employees. After joining the company, I still have opportunities to talk with my supervisor on a regular basis, and my impression of the company has not changed.
