We are pleased to welcome 23 new employees to our company. They will be assigned to their respective business divisions after completing approximately three months of in-house training starting in April. We look forward to our new colleagues bringing fresh perspectives and enthusiasm to the company.

At the recent initiation ceremony, President Ikewada gave a message of encouragement to the new employees, saying, “Please work cheerfully, happily, and energetically. In the new employee representative speech that followed, the new employee expressed a strong determination to “contribute to society at large,” along with his personal aspirations.
