Nihon Insight Technologies recently held the meeting for prospective employees who will join the company this spring.

The purpose of this event was to give them a sense of the atmosphere and culture of the company, as well as to deepen exchanges among other prospective employees.

 

The content of orientation and welcome reception

At the beginning of the day, Mr. Ikewada, the President, explained the company's vision and future prospects. Next, the HR staff explained the procedures for joining the company and the company's systems, and the education staff explained the pre-employment training and post-employment training, giving the prospective employees an idea of what to expect after joining the company.

The welcome reception afterwards, attended by senior employees, executives, and division managers, provided an opportunity for the informal gathering to answer the questions and concerns of the informal candidates regarding work procedures, key points in working, and attitudes as a member of society. The meeting also provided an opportunity for informal exchanges of information among the prospective employees.

 

Talks from senior employees

Young senior employees offered their personal experiences and advice to the prospective employees. Employees actually involved in operations shared their career paths after joining the company, job satisfaction, and opportunities for growth, providing an opportunity for the new candidate to have a concrete image of their “job” and “career”.
