Salary | Monthly salary: 270,000 yen to 900,000
yen SE: 270,000 yen/month ~ PL and above: 300,000 yen ~ 900,000 yen Estimated annual salary: 4,400,000 yen ~ 15,000,000 yen *Preferential treatment will be given according to our company's regulations, taking experience and ability into consideration. |
Various Allowances | Overtime allowance, manager's allowance, commutation allowance, diligence allowance, etc. |
Salary raise | Once a year (May) |
Bonus | Twice a year (July and December) |
Holiday Vacation | Holidays (120 days or more per year):
2-day weekends
(Saturday and Sunday), national
holidays, year-end and New Year holidays (December 30 ~ January 3), anniversary of foundation (May 18). Vacations: Paid vacations (10 days in the first year), congratulation or condolence leave, sick leave, various special leaves, childcare leave, nursing care leave, etc. |
