(5) About the arbitrariness of offering of the personal information and a result when you do not offer the information concerned

(6) About consignment or offering to a third party

We consign a part of the duties to the consignee to accomplish duties smoothly, and we may deposit personal information to the consignee concerned within the necessary range, but we may choose a person meeting our consignee standards in this case and exchange a contract on handling the personal information and performing appropriate supervision. Furthermore we do not provide to a third party with personal information in other cases.

(7) About disclosure, correction or deletion of the personal information

The following　inquiry window is available to you or an agent for the request such as the usage stop, offering correction, addition of a notice, disclosure, contents of the usage purpose or deletion and the usage of personal information targeted for the disclosure. We respond in a reasonable period and scope after having confirmed the person or the agent. In addition, for the proposals such as the deletion of the personal information based on laws and ordinances, it should be noted that the request may not be accepted.
