1. Basic policy about personal information and protection

Nihon Insight Technologies (refer to "us" or “we” as follows) handles the personal information (including the specific personal information) such as a customer, a business partner and an employee with personal information. As an action standard to manage the personal information appropriately, we recognize importance of the personal information protection and a social duty as the information service business and establish this personal information protection policy. We establish an appropriate personal information protection idea to protect personal information based on this guideline and we carry it out according to the protection policy and maintain it and act for safe management.

2. How we handle personal information

(1) Acquisition of the personal information, use and offer and the prohibition of the use in case out of the purpose.

The acquisition of the personal information and the use of the personal information in a range necessary to accomplish an activity purpose to run information service business. We establish a regime for personal information protection depending on each duty of actual situation and, in the acquisition, the use of the personal information and the offer and handle it according to a predetermined rule appropriately.
In addition, the usage purposes of the specific personal information that we acquire and hold are as follows.

　② Office work about the personal residence tax that an employer performs based on local tax law
　③ The unemployment insurance-related office work that an employer performs based on unemployment insurance act
　④ Health insurance-related office work (application-related payment relations) that an employer performs based on the health insurance method
　⑤ Welfare annuity insurance-related office work (application relations) that an employer performs based on the welfare annuity insurance method
　⑥ Payment record making office work such as a rewards and the fees
　⑦ It is office work in conjunction with ⑥ from ① mentioned above

In addition, for the usage purpose about personal information that we acquire in the software development duties, we define as follows.

　－ To accomplish duties determined by duties trust contract.
　－ To accomplish the operation of the system, trustee business of the maintenance.
　－ On "the skill seat which we acquire from careers from making the subcontractor," to perform a business activity.

In addition, we prohibit the use out of the purpose in the acquisition and in such a case we take measures.

(2) About the trust of the privacy policy

When we entrust with all or part of the privacy policy that we acquire by the measures of the foregoing paragraph, we choose the person who meets enough protection standards and take appropriate measures by contracts.

(3) The observance of laws and ordinances

We observe the guideline or other models that laws and ordinances of the country about the privacy policy establish. In addition, we establish our personal information management rule and adapt this to laws and ordinances and guideline or other models and observe it.

(4) The enforcement of safety management measures and corrective action

We carry out rational safety management measures for the risks such as unauthorized access to personal information, loss, destruction, manipulation, loss, damage, the leak of the personal information. In addition, we take an appropriate corrective action when the problem in safety measures is confirmed.

(5) Right respect for person about the personal information

We respect the right of the person for disclosure, correction, deletion of the information from the person concerned, requests such as the suspension and a complaint and consultation about personal information and reply in all sincerity without delay.

(6) Development, enforcement, maintenance of the personal information protection management system

We let you recognize importance of the personal information for an officer, an employee and use personal information appropriately and establish a personal information protection management system to protect it. We carry this out and we review it continuously and are improved.
