Q. What types of positions are available? And can I request a specific assignment?

For new graduates, we are hiring for engineering and sales positions. We hope that you will proactively tell us about your preferences during the selection process.

Q. I am a humanities student, can I apply for an engineering position?

You can apply regardless of whether you have a liberal arts or science background. Please take a look at our employee interviews of engineers with humanities backgrounds.
The ratio of humanities to science majors is 47% for humanities and 53% for science, making it an environment in which humanities majors can also play an active role.

Q. What is your pre-employment training program?

In order to acquire IT knowledge and to avoid mismatches, students learn the basics of Java and web application development during the period between the job offer and the start of employment.
Support is provided by full-time instructors, so even beginners can learn with confidence.

Q. What is your post-employment training program?

The first three months after joining the company in April is a training period for new recruits, during which technical and business manner training is conducted in a group under the supervision of a full-time instructor.
After that, you will receive on-the-job training, various product training, position-specific training, job-specific training, e-learning, and external training as needed.
Our company focuses not only on technical training, but also on human skills education as a member of society.

Q. What skills will new employees learn during their training after joining the company?

Students will learn advanced technologies for web application development, including more advanced Java technologies such as the Spring framework and databases.
In addition, students will experience collaborative development by a team and cultivate the ability to play an active role in actual system development.

Q. How are assignments determined?

The decision is based on the individual's wishes, aptitude, and other factors. After the new employee training, assignment to each department will be decided at the beginning of July, and the employee will participate in projects one after another.

Q. How often do you telework?

Currently, the majority of engineering positions are teleworking, in some cases fully remote, in others once a week.
Frequency of coming to work varies depending on the project.

Q. What do you emphasize in your selection process and selection?

Seminar participation, 1st round selection (aptitude test, essay), 2nd round selection (aptitude test, document screening), 3rd round selection (interview).

It is easy to acquire. Half-day increments are also available. The paid leave utilization rate is 63.03%, with an average of 9.99 days of paid leave per year.

Possible. We will interview you as a graduate.

Q. Are language skills required?

We often deal with overseas solutions, so language skills are a plus.
However, we do not make language proficiency a prerequisite for application.

Q. Tell us about your company's career path.

We respect the aspirations and aptitudes of each individual and allow them to form their own career plan in consultation with the company.
We provide an environment in which you can grow up to a senior SE (consultant or architect) in about 10 years, after having worked as a PG or SE.
